Corporate Jet First Officer or Captain (Learjet 70/75 & Challenger 300) - Omaha, NE

What you'll do Plan and operate corporate jet flights across North America, delivering safe, smooth, and discreet travel for executives, key staff, and customers. Execute all phases of flight: weather/NOTAM review, performance and weight‑and‑balance, fuel and alternates, route selection, and FMS setup. Operate Learjet 70/75 and Challenger 300 aircraft within company SOPs while practicing strong CRM. Coordinate closely with your PIC/FO counterpart, scheduling, and maintenance; complete flight logs and reports accurately and on time. Provide exceptional cabin and customer service while safeguarding confidentiality and company reputation. Work primarily during normal business hours to plan and organize trips; support overtime and weekend operations as required by the schedule. Qualified candidates may be hired as Co‑pilot (Co‑Captain) or as Pilot‑in‑Command (Captain) depending on experience and proficiency.
