The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.Must be able to acquire and maintain a UnitedStates security clearance. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to present and articulate technical issues (both verbal and written).Ability to facilitate and lead root cause and corrective action investigations to address and resolve quality related issues.Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, and Standards.Experience in using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Desired Skills:Master's Degree in a STEM discipline is preferred.Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Minimum 5 years technical experience in quality assurance, manufacturing/production, engineering development, and/or defense/aerospace industry. or 3 years experience with a related masters degree.Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, techniques, and principles in support of root cause analysis, hardware build, inspection, and/or test.Expertise in quality engineering tools and software such as Apriso, SAP, P2P, Windchill, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, AMS.LSS or LM Green or Black Belt Certification.ASQ Certification(s)GD&T experienceInterpretation and application experience in AS9102, AS9100, and/or ISO9001.Interpretation and application experience in J-STD-001, IPC-6012, IPC-A-610.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
