This is an opportunity to take ownership of key project components, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help mentor emerging engineers while contributing to projects that create lasting value for clients and communities alike.What You'll Do:Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for land development projects including site layout, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructurePlan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staffMonitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize design or delivery issuesComplete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutionsProvide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staffWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering requiredMinimum of 4 years of civil site design experience requiredExperience with municipal engineering clients preferredSite design experience related to manufacturing facilities preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredAdvanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.), as well as Microsoft OfficeStrong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsProven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You'll Love It Here:Help deliver dynamic land development projects that shape residential, commercial, mixed-use, recreation, and community-focused spacesExpand your technical and project leadership responsibilities while mentoring the next generation of engineersCollaborate with experts across civil engineering, planning, permitting, environmental services, landscape architecture, and utility designCurious about the impactful work our Land Development team is doing?
