Responsibilities: * Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations * Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required * Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition * Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities * Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings * Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols * Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation * Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures Qualifications: * Fully Licensed with Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) * Possesses Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction * 22 years of age or older * Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen * Full-time employment consideration only * Ability to work varied schedule based on regional driver needs Benefits * Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans * 401K with company-matched contributions * Life Insurance * Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Days * Free Travel Passes * Annual Uniform Allowance * Driver Union membership & representation * Career Advancement Opportunities Compensation Range: USD $28.90 - USD $32.84 /Hr.
