Gateway CSB in Savannah, GA is seeking a Crisis Care Specialist to lead de-escalation and support strategies to prevent seclusion and restraint. The role provides effective emergency response to ensure safety and security for individuals under care. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, at least two years in behavioral health, strong observation skills, and the ability to collaborate with guests to build natural supports and community living.
