Sheehy Honda is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused full-time Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers Records totals of repair orders verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at the end of the shift Refers customers who have additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
