Sales Representative

Pay: Commission Based

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: 9 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 10 am to 6 pm on Sunday.

This position is onsite and reports to the General Sales Manager.

What You'll Do

As an Auto Sales Representative you will consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. We will train you on the products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trusted experiences for our customers.
• Ensure proper follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Align with company plans and benchmarks. Champion one another's growth to achieve more together.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Remain current on new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• Reliable-Shows up Ready to Work.
• We prefer prior Toyota brand experience.
• Experience in sales, preferred in a dealership setting.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.
• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge to grow with us and meet projected sales goals
• Adept to handle high-volume and adapt to our needs
• Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry
• Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
