Job TitleMedical AssistantResponsibilitiesPerform office procedures including billing, bookkeeping and typing/correspondence. Ability to take vital signs, ECG and perform other clinical assistance tasks. Interacts with patients and families in a professional manner. Maintains professionalism while interacting with payors, vendors, insurance, etc.QualificationsRequires completion of a Medical Assistant training program or a certification in Medical Assisting. One year related experience preferred. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with patients and families and collaborate with health team members.
