Responsibilities Lead and Manage the Burn Ambassador team Deliver the Blue Carpet Experience to all Members and Guests Oversee Facility Management and Merchandising Execute Sales and Marketing initiatives Respond to Member Communications, escalating to the GM as needed Uphold Operational Standards and Process Execution Qualifications A natural leader who energizes the people around them A problem solver who can think on their feet and act with urgency Highly organized with strong attention to detail Focused on delivering exceptional member service every day, every camp Confident in sales conversations or eager to quickly learn a proven process Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new platforms A strong communicator — both written and verbal — with excellent interpersonal skills Savvy on social media and able to capture authentic, on-brand content Passionate about fitness, community, and the Burn Boot Camp mission #J-18808-Ljbffr Burn Boot Camp
