We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Bronx properties.Schedule: Friday - Sunday 7am - 3:30pm, Monday & Thursday 12pm - 8:30pm, OFF: Tuesday & WednesdayLocation:3524 White Plains RdEssential duties and responsibilities:Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartmentsMaintain exterior areasCollect and sort trashSalt and shovel snow during inclement weatherSome minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobsQualifications, skills and abilities:High School diploma or equivalentOne year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is requiredMust be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtimeSalary Range:$22.00/hrWho we are:Clinton Management is a full service property management company providing comprehensive property management services for a broad property portfolio that currently consists of approximately 3,000 residential units, as well as commercial, retail and parking garages.In 2002, Clinton Management was founded to manage the expanding portfolio of developments created by Douglaston Development and constructed by Levine Builders.
