Momentum Solar the largest privately held solar company in the U.S. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for our originator channel.

Here's the real job: you own the bench. You find people with raw drive, you pressure-test them, you refine the ones worth refining, and you hand our originator channel the next generation of talent. The people you bring on aren't "door knockers" they're future closers, team leads, and managers. You're the front door to all of it.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our originator leadership not in an HR function, not behind a desk. This role lives in the revenue org.

This is a hiring manager seat at a company that's still scaling. A launchpad, not a landing.
