We are currently filling Class A CDL positions on a dedicated retail account dispatching out of Warrensburg, MO. The Financials Average Weekly Gross: $1,610/week ($83,720 annualized average) Top 10% Earners: $2,099/week ($109,148/year) CPM Pay: $0.70 to $0.76 CPM (based on experience) Unload Pay: $320 per load (avg. 2-3 loads/wk) Weekly Distance: ~1,600 miles/week (ranges 1,000 to 2,500 round-trip) Bonus Potential: Up to 3% Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus Up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus Driver referral program cash payouts Job & Fleet Overview Freight & Handling: 100% Touch Freight - Unloading dry retail product at store stops using gravity roller chutes. No pallets or lumper hassle. Operating Territory: MO, MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, AR, OK, TN, and KY. Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour weekly DOT reset (typically over Saturday/Sunday). Equipment: Drivers are authorized to take their assigned truck home for weekly reset off-time. Shift Profile: Must be open to night dispatches.
