MOVA Metals is looking for an experienced to support maintenance planning, scheduling, work order coordination, outage planning, and continuous improvement within our industrial plant operations.

This role is a key part of keeping maintenance work organized, properly prioritized, safely planned, and ready for execution.

• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities for plant equipment and related systems

• Reviewing incoming work orders, confirming scope, assigning priority, and determining the level of planning required

• Estimating labor hours, materials, spare parts, tools, equipment, and support resources needed for maintenance work

• Coordinating with maintenance, operations, supervision, procurement, and management to ensure scheduled work is properly prepared

• Supporting preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, shutdown planning, outage tracking, and work order closeout

• Maintaining equipment records, maintenance history, drawings, manuals, spare parts information, and other key reference files

• Assisting with job safety analysis, environmental reviews, risk assessments, and safe work planning

• Supporting KPI tracking, standard job development, maintenance system improvements, and continuous improvement projects

• Reviewing drawings and plans for constructability and maintenance planning considerations

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 5 years of field maintenance experience related to preventive and corrective maintenance

• 3 to 5 years of project or maintenance planning experience preferred

• Experience with ERP systems required

• Ross ERP experience preferred

• Microsoft Project experience preferred

• CAD experience is a plus

This position supports work in an industrial plant environment. The role may include work outdoors in various weather conditions and in areas where employees may be exposed to dust, noise, odors, chemicals, fumes, confined spaces, and other industrial conditions.

Appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn as required.

Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and perform work in a plant environment.

• Candidates must also be able to pass a respirator fit test, employment physical, drug test, and alcohol test.
