Messages left for other purposes, such as following up on an application or technical issues not related to a disability, will not receive a response.Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to :Edit news and public affairs video for web – YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok and other social platforms;Manage media storage and organization of footage and finished projects;Oversee and adhere to quality control: audio, color correction, and other relevant video specs;Manage multiple edits and ensure on time delivery;Ensure all video content is delivered to channel managers;Additional duties, as assigned.Qualified candidates will possess a commitment to the journalistic principles of truth, accuracy, fairness and impartiality. Additional qualifications include:A minimum four (4) years of relevant experience, including experience working as a video editor on YouTube- and social-first news programs or journalism sites;Ability to edit digital video and proficiency with Premiere/Adobe Suite required;Ability to adapt videos for use on various social media platforms;Proficiency with media management tools and software;Technical proficiency in remote content delivery;Animation skills preferred.This is a hybrid position.
