Senior ConsultantThe Senior Consultant is responsible for the project management flow, developing research materials and gathering client feedback where appropriate within several client accounts. The Consultant partners with Directors to develop client leadership and consulting skills on increasingly complex clients and projects. This person also manages several direct reports.Develop expertise in acting as a trusted partner to clientsLead the internal project success throughout Project LifecycleCreate the key quantitative and qualitative (screeners/questionnaires) draftsOwn creation of applicable research materials, such as respondent homework, discussion guides, and tab/banner specsOversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reportsLead analysis on qualitative and quantitative data, and create story points outline for review and feedbackCreate report draft based on analysis review against the Analytic PlanAttend presentation of final reportManage several direct reportsLead and encourage direct reports to accomplish personal and company and team goalsProvide clear expectations of work performance, and regularly provide positive and constructive feedback and coaching to help direct reports reach their full potential in their rolesIdentify training and growth development needs for direct reports and create learning plans with clear goals and timelines for completionAddress individual and team conflicts when needed in a prompt, professional mannerConduct annual performance reviewsContribute to company culture and champion the Hypothesis WayContribute to business growth and success by delivering high-quality insights to our clientsWe are premium.
