Lab Technician - Leadership Development Track

DynaFlex is seeking an experienced leader who is ready to learn a new industry and build a long-term career with our growing organization. You do not need previous dental or orthodontic laboratory experience—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training. What we are looking for is someone who has successfully led employees, established accountability, communicated expectations, and helped a team meet quality and production goals.

You will begin by learning the laboratory technician role from the ground up. This hands-on experience will help you understand our products, processes, quality standards, and employees. As you demonstrate technical proficiency and leadership ability, you will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within the department.

Candidates who already have both laboratory experience and leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Required

• Previous experience leading, supervising, or directing employees
• Demonstrated ability to hold employees accountable and address performance concerns
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn the technician role and work alongside the team
• Consistent attendance, reliability, and professional judgment
• Ability to work in a structured, quality-driven production environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, healthcare, dental, or another regulated environment
• Experience training employees or improving workflows
• Familiarity with quality standards, production goals, or continuous improvement
• Previous dental or orthodontic laboratory experience
