Phlebotomist - Maui Memorial Medical Center

In this role you will: Perform a vital part of the patient care process by ensuring laboratory specimens are appropriately collected (phlebotomy), processed, prepared, routed, and stored. Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions. Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements, championing safety, compliance, and quality control. Location & Compensation Location: Wailuku, HI Position: Full‑time (Schedule: To be determined) Base hourly pay: $19.74–$21.71 (based on experience) Shift Differential: $1.60/hr (6:00pm–midnight), $1.90/hr (midnight–6:00am) Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr (5:00am Saturday–6:00am Monday) Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to operate general laboratory equipment (e.g., centrifuges, computers).
