Travel RN - Cath Lab

Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI) Call approximately 10 to 12 days a month.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in Cath Lab procedures and a solid background in cardiovascular care. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Cath Lab procedures including PCI, TAVR, PFO closures, and IABP/Impella management.
• Monitor patient condition and response during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Document patient data and interactions in the Meditech and MacLab systems.
• Participate in STEMI calls and respond as needed.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Experience in Cath Lab and familiarity with Structural Heart procedures, Impella, and IABP.
