Sales Associates

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of the Boot Factory Outlet experience. If you enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, and being part of an energetic team, we want to meet you!

You'll be trained to become a "Boot Expert", giving you the product knowledge you need to educate, assist, and inspire our customers.

Plus you have the opportunity to increase your hourly earnings by an additional $2$3 per hour through bonus incentives!

Stock Associates

Our Stock Associates keep our stores organized, stocked, and ready for our customers. If you're dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, this could be the perfect position for you.

• Can accurately read, count, write, and complete required documentation.
• Can access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and register area.
• Can safely operate and use equipment necessary to perform the job.

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
