Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. They evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Collaboration with physicians, assistants, and staff is essential to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical care and excellent customer service. Establish treatment goals with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Implement treatment plans to restore or maintain patient functions. Promote departmental growth, community outreach, and collaboration with referring physicians. Provide clinical instruction to students and support department initiatives. Perform all duties with professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved physical therapy program. Full licensure to practice in the relevant state. Orthopedic experience as a Physical Therapist. Strong communication, instructing, and collaboration skills. Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt to changing needs.
