Description

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve project-related issues to minimize delays and maintain client satisfaction.
• Collaborate on design and planning with architects and engineers.
• Ensure proper documentation and administrative processes for each project.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily should have:
