About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a visionary and operationally sophisticated approach to lead the organization through a pivotal phase of strategic growth, clinical excellence, workforce stabilization, and financial sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all programs and services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, and balancing mission-centered leadership with strong business acumen in a highly regulated healthcare and human services environment. This role involves leading a multi-disciplinary executive team, ensuring clinical quality and regulatory compliance, driving sustainable growth and diversification of funding, and strengthening workforce recruitment, retention, and leadership development. Applicants for the CEO position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit healthcare, behavioral health, or human services organization. Key qualifications include demonstrated oversight of multi-site or multi-state operations, experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities, and a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of state and federal disability service regulations, experience with accreditation bodies, and a proven track record of scaling services while maintaining quality.
