Job Description

• Lead day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, schedules, and daily reporting
• Enforce a zero‑injury safety culture and high quality standards
• Partner closely with the Project Manager and Project Executive
• Represent the business professionally with clients and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5-15 years' experience as a Superintendent with stable career tenure
• Proven delivery of complex healthcare or life sciences projects
• Experience on hospitals, labs, ORs, or similarly technical builds
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Degree not required; practical site experience essential
