Operational Specialist

Operations Specialist We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with at least five years of experience in the freight forwarding industry and/or logistics. Knowledge of isotanks and flexitanks industries is an advantage. The role involves handling and coordinating ocean shipments, monitoring operational and administrative processes, negotiating trucking rates, preparing Bills of Lading, and managing client relationships. You will act as the key interface between customers and relevant divisions, building and maintaining good relationships with customs and clients to maximize opportunities. Requirements include being PC literate, fluent in English, and eager to learn with an innovative mindset. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. The role requires a healthy stress level and willingness to work in an expanding office environment.
