- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
- Treat patients with a focus on orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 8–12 patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Charting systems: Net Health/Redoc (outpatient), CPSI/Thrive (inpatient)Current Physical Therapist license requiredMinimum 1 year of PT experience preferredNew graduates accepted (temp-to-perm opportunity)Neuro and orthopedic experience preferredCurrent CPR certification required
