EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Requires 0 to 2 years of job-related prior experience. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Requires completion of Asbestos Awareness Program. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned. Change belts, filters, worn bearings and clean units. Repairs exhaust fans including motor replacement. Orders necessary parts. Cleans evaporation and condenser coils. Lubricates bearings. Cleans fan rooms and roofs. Assists in developing and updating a filter and belt log. Gathers information for inventory of equipment. Delivers print shop materials daily. Serves as a substitute custodian as needed.
