COOK Full time or Part time Back of the House Naples, Naples, FL, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1042 About the Role: Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, processing customer orders, producing meals and cleaning their workspace throughout the day to follow all health and safety guidelines. Cooks follow recipes consistently, communicate with wait staff and prepare meals in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and commitment to follow direction will be essential in this role. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role Experience in using cutting tools, cooking utensils Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods of time Experience in food production and preparation Ability to follow all sanitation procedures Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of dishes, ensuring that recipes are followed, are of high quality and meet our customers' expectations Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Skills: In this role, you will use your skills in food preparation, manual dexterity, and food production on a daily basis. You will also need to be able to read order tickets, and work in a fast paced kitchen environment.
