Senior Product Manager, AI

About the role


Intapp Celeste is the agentic AI platform purpose-built for professional and financial services firms - and it sits at the center of how our products come together into a cohesive, governed AI experience. As a Senior Product Manager for Celeste, you'll own meaningful parts of the platform roadmap, drive delivery from concept to client adoption, and serve as a key voice with customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams.


This is hands-on product leadership. You'll write requirements, lead engineering ceremonies, shape positioning, and show up in client conversations as a credible subject matter expert on agentic AI in professional services.


What you'll do

• Translate platform strategy into a clear, prioritized roadmap for Celeste capabilities and integrations - balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision.
  
  

• Author detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; lead sprint ceremonies and release planning with engineering teams.
  
  

• Conduct discovery with clients and prospects to surface unmet needs; build early wireframes to validate direction before committing to build.
  
  

• Serve as the subject matter expert in client advisory sessions, sales cycles, and industry events - translating firm-specific workflows into concrete product decisions.
  
  

• Partner with product marketing and sales to develop positioning and enablement materials that communicate how Celeste solves real compliance, productivity, and growth challenges.
  
  

• Define adoption metrics and client outcomes to inform roadmap decisions; track and communicate progress to stakeholders across product, engineering, and GTM.
  
  

• Identify opportunities to extend Celeste's AI capabilities as agentic adoption accelerates across firm environments.
  
  

What you'll need

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or AI platforms, with demonstrated ownership of customer-facing features from concept through adoption.
  
  

• Proven track record shipping AI or ML capabilities to production - you understand retrieval, LLMs, agent orchestration, and context windows well enough to write meaningful requirements.
  
  

• Strong communication skills: you can present to senior leaders, align engineering and go-to-market teams, and earn trust with enterprise clients in the same week.
  
  

• Experience managing cross-product or platform integrations, with ability to connect feature decisions to a broader platform story.
  
  

• Hands-on and analytical - you're comfortable pulling data, running a SQL query, or building a pivot table to support a product argument.
  
  

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you drive to outcomes without waiting for perfect information.
  
  

• Familiarity with professional and financial services industries - legal, accounting, consulting, or private capital.
  
  

• Experience in compliance-adjacent products or governed AI environments.
  
  

• Previous experience in a startup or founder role; comfort with fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
  
  

• Experience with enterprise architecture, APIs, and data platforms at a level that supports productive technical conversations.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
