We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager & Sales Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems, leading people, and converting consultations into long-term patient relationships. This is not a traditional PM position. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, loves organization, enjoys sales, and is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience. Position Overview The Practice Manager & Sales Lead will oversee daily practice operations and serve as the primary sales leader for consultations and patient treatment plans. This individual will work closely with the owner to improve efficiency, increase revenue, maintain exceptional patient satisfaction, and build scalable systems as the practice continues to grow. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, confident in sales, and able to solve problems independently. Responsibilities Practice Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical spa Ensure smooth daily patient flow Maintain operational efficiency Develop and improve office systems and SOPs Manage scheduling and provider utilization Maintain inventory and order supplies Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor relationships Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance Monitor KPIs and practice performance Assist with payroll preparation and staff scheduling Help prepare reports for the owner Conduct consultations with prospective patients Educate patients on treatment options Build customized treatment plans Present pricing and financing options Convert consultations into booked procedures Follow up on unscheduled consultations Help achieve monthly revenue goals Lead and motivate front office staff Assist with hiring and onboarding Train employees on customer service standards Conduct performance check-ins Help create a positive team culture Hold staff accountable to company standards Marketing Support Coordinate with the social media manager Assist with promotions and events Track lead conversion metrics Monitor online reviews and patient feedback Qualifications Preferred: 3+ years of medical office or medspa management experience Strong sales experience with a proven ability to close consultations Experience working in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, or luxury healthcare Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership abilities Experience with CRM and practice management software (Jane App experience is a plus) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to analyze reports and KPIs What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Takes ownership without being asked Loves creating organization and efficiency Is motivated by goals and performance Builds strong relationships with patients Thrives under pressure Communicates professionally Is dependable and accountable Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding practice Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monthly bonus: Based on consultation conversion rate, monthly revenue goals, patient retention, Google review goals, and operational KPIs.
