Data Lead

Owning a foundational data domain, the full-time remote Central Data Lead will manage the lifecycle of data processing, build systems to enhance data quality, and design reusable methodologies that scale across the organization. Key responsibilities Own the lifecycle of your data domain, ensuring raw partner data is effectively processed and validated Build systems that improve data quality through validation frameworks and proactive monitoring Design reusable methodologies that enhance consistency and reduce duplication across business units Required qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in financial services, management consulting, or high-growth technology Expert fluency in SQL and experience with Python or PySpark for building analysis workflows Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to reason about bias and representativeness in data analysis Experience working with messy, inconsistent datasets and evolving schemas
