About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in Greenwood, SC. The physician will be instrumental in shaping a primary care program that emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and health education, while fostering strong patient relationships and community trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-based guidelines.
• Promote preventive health practices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Medical School.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Active South Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional).
