PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

Physical Therapy Assistant - Henderson, TX
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift - 5x8 Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Henderson, TX. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and possess a valid Texas PTA License. This position primarily involves working with patients in acute care, outpatient settings, rehabilitation hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
Assist with patient evaluations and treatment plans.
Implement therapy interventions in accordance with established protocols.
Utilize therapeutic equipment including crutches, gait belts, walkers, and other devices as needed.
Support rehabilitation for a variety of conditions including post-operative recovery, spinal injuries, and neurological disorders.
Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Valid Texas PTA License required for submission.
Knowledge of various patient care modalities and treatment protocols.
Experience in acute care, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities preferred.
