Registered Nurse - Surgical Services
Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA)
Role: Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) in outpatients, primarily assisting in the GI procedural suite. Responsibilities Deliver patient care within a procedural setting, including circulating and assisting during procedures. Collaborate with nursing staff in pre/post areas to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Educate patients and families, support care transitions, and support professional nursing practice. Support leadership roles such as preceptor, participate in quality improvement, and delegate care appropriately. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least one year of RN experience. Excellent communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and computer skills. Current RN license, BLS certification, and any specialty certifications required. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations. Additional Details: This role is eligible for TN sponsorship, and internal candidates should attach recent performance appraisals. Compensation is competitive, and benefits are offered. The schedule involves part-time, day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
