Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional provides individualized support, supervision, and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities in a day habilitation program. The DSP is responsible for promoting independence, inclusion, skill-building, and community participation while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of each individual served. Full‑time position Monday - Friday Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education/experience in human services or related field preferred. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse needs. Valid driver’s license and obtain a Class E license within 30 days of hire. Successful completion of background checks, drug screen, CPR/First Aid, and any required state or agency trainings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
