Phlebotomist - Mobile

Work Shift (if Applicable) Shift 1 (United States of America) Job Description We’re hiring immediately and will provide training. Whether you are just starting your career or have some phlebotomy experience, we’ll help you develop your talents and perform at your best. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations within a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community. Training Information Training for this role lasts approximately 12 weeks and is based out of our Greentree location. Weeks 1–2: Classroom and hands‑on training with a trainer, including travel to various Donation Centers and mobile sites. Weeks 3–4: Field experience alongside a preceptor on mobile drives and at site locations. Weeks 5–12: Continued training in specific skilled areas could include Phlebotomy, Medical Interview, Alyx, and Trima (approximately 4 weeks per area). After successfully completing training and final assessments at Greentree, team members may continue to travel to various fixed and mobile site locations as part of their regular schedule.
