Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our breakfast attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. The breakfast attendant will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. $14 - $15 per hour DOE

• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly
• Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage
• Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service

• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in food service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)

The property will be operated by Structure Hospitality , a hotel management company based in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Structure Hospitality specializes in select‑service and extended‑stay hotels, with a hands‑on approach to operations, revenue management, and sales. As the General Manager, you will work closely with their leadership team and benefit from proven systems, tools, and support—while still owning the daily execution and culture of the hotel.
