About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Channel Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through robust partner ecosystems and end-user demand generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing Channel Marketing team, with a focus on enabling partners to increase their Monthly Recurring Revenue and accelerate the sales pipeline. This leadership position requires a strategic architect who can bridge the gap between global marketing objectives and regional execution, ensuring tight alignment with sales, product, and internal marketing teams. The Head of Channel Marketing will also be the key liaison for regional marketing, owning the marketing strategy for new partner acquisition, and overseeing regional lead generation and pipeline performance. Applicants for the Head of Channel Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS, with at least 3-5 years' in a leadership position. A deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and through-partner marketing strategies is essential. The role demands a proven track record in hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams, as well as strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and optimizing lead generation funnels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and a deep knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution. Bonus points will be awarded for experience in scaling a channel marketing operation within a fast-growing tech scale-up.
