Senior Financial Analyst

14 Weeks Contract
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Finance, accounting or information technology background
4+ years of experience in a finance department with progressive accounting and budgeting for a healthcare system
Experienced user of Hyperion Essbase / Planning / Reports & EPIC.
Must have experience working in a healthcare system.
40 hours in a week
Responsibilities:
Lead financial analysis, reporting and decision support for divisional leadership
Serve as a key liaison between finance operations and senior leadership
Own the month end close: prepare review entries analyze results, and ensure accuracy
Develop monthly reporting and executive presentations
Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Support and help build the annual operating budget partners with managers to review departmental performance
Contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership (COO CFO DDA, Sr. Manager of Finance) at CPUP
Present in leadership forums
Mentor junior analysts and support team development
Drive cross functional collaboration across finance and operations
