IT Audit Liaison

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in IT auditing, information security compliance, or technology risk management.

• Proficiency in NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, and ISO 27001 cybersecurity frameworks.

• Experience with evaluating information technology controls, cloud security, and infrastructure architectures.

• Experience in managing GRC automation workstreams, compliance tracking tools, and evidence collection workflows.

• Experience with regulatory audit coordination, control deficiency analysis, and risk-based security assessments.

• Experience in CISA, CRISC, or CISM aligned IT governance frameworks and executive metric reporting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external IT audits across enterprise cloud, application, and infrastructure environments.

• Evaluate information security controls against NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 regulatory frameworks.

• Analyze technical documentation and evidence to identify control deficiencies and recommend risk remediations.

• Assist technical stakeholders in gathering audit evidence and formulating formal management responses.

• Build and maintain automated GRC workstreams for compliance tracking, evidence archiving, and workflow management.

• Develop executive dashboards and risk metrics to report remediation progress and audit trends.

• Perform risk-based assessments to prioritize audit activities and validate corrective action implementations.
