Manager, Product Experience Design

Title: Manager, Product Experience Design Role Responsibilities Customer Experience Champion: Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, unified, and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints. Design Strategy Leadership: Prioritize design initiatives, address roadblocks, and provide clear direction as the central design voice during planning. Fostering Collaboration & Innovation: Drive teamwork by hosting design workshops and reviews, involving partners, and creating collaborative opportunities to cultivate innovation. Project Management Expertise: Manage complex design projects, overseeing scope, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver high-quality results that meet established goals. Design Language Guardian: Establish and enforce design standards, ensuring visual design and user experience (UX) decisions align with these standards for a cohesive brand experience. Design System Champion: Maintain and guard the implementation of the Made design system across all programs and products. Sales and Narrative: Provide design materials to win new business and create narratives for pitch teams. Quality Assurance: Review and approve design deliverables to maintain consistently high-quality standards.
