Loan signing appointments are coming in across Shenandoah and the surrounding Pennsylvania area, and we need certified signing agents ready to take them. Our Notary Signing Agent Certification covers loan document review, proper notarization, journal entries, ID verification and how to market yourself to title and escrow companies. As a signing agent you meet borrowers at their home, office or a local coffee shop, guide them through the loan documents, notarize signatures and return the package on time.
