CNC Machinist

Is this you?Can you look at a complex blueprint and instantly map out your setup?Do you enjoy dialing in a first article until it’s perfect?Are you comfortable moving between VMCs and lathes to keep production flowing?If yes, our Windsor, CT operation wants to meet you.What You’ll DoSet up, program, and run CNC milling machines to produce precision components.Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to determine the best approach.Verify parts with thorough in-process and final inspections.Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.Work closely with engineering and production to improve processes, tooling, and cycle times.Keep your area organized and operate with strict adherence to safety standards.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.Proven CNC machining background with strong milling expertise.Ability to read and apply blueprints/technical drawings accurately.Detail-focused mindset and commitment to quality.Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced setting.Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach.Physical & Work EnvironmentStanding for long periods; repetitive motions as needed.Fine motor skills for small parts and tooling.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Equipment You’ll TouchCNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC)CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)Must-Have ProficiencyCNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverBenefitsHealth insurance401(k) matchingVision insuranceDental insurancePaid holidaysBring your precision mindset to Windsor, CT and help us exceed our customers’ expectations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
