Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Transdev is hiring a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to support riders across our public transportation services. In this role, you will assist passengers by phone and in person with trip planning, schedule information, fare questions, and service issues. You’ll document inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate safety or service concerns. Using multiple computer systems, you will update rider accounts, coordinate with dispatch and operations, and provide accurate, timely information to diverse customers while upholding Transdev’s standards for safety, professionalism, and community-focused service.
