Senior Consultant - Workday Integrations & Technical Solution

Role Description

The Senior Consultant will manage client-facing technical projects, delivering end-to-end integration solutions and system enhancements. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations across multiple technology platforms, including Workday. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to lead client discussions on optimization opportunities. Additionally, this role will provide mentorship to junior consultants and ensure the successful execution of integration projects.

• Lead the development and execution of complex Workday solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Lead client interactions, gathering requirements, and determining technical specifications for integration projects.
• Design and develop complex integrations using Workday and other technology platforms.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting, conducting root cause analyses, and recommending corrective actions.
• Create detailed documentation for integrations, including specifications, field mappings, and designs.
• Drive client discussions on system optimizations and enhancement opportunities based on new features from Workday releases.
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and oversight on technical aspects of the projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in integration design, development, and troubleshooting with Workday and other platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead integrations from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, with a focus on systems integration and technical problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

Benefits

• The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
