New Graduate Nurse

We are seeking a Graduate Nurse to provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Candidates must have completed a nursing program and obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to maintain employment. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Utilize critical thinking to assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans collaboratively with healthcare team members, promoting patient-centered care. Evaluate patient responses and modify care plans as needed. Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development. Qualifications & Skills Minimum: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Preferred: Relevant experience in specialized areas such as cardiovascular, critical care, medical/surgical, neurosciences, or oncology. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
