We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our growing Assurance team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of engagements, mentor developing staff, work directly with clients, and build the skills necessary for future leadership opportunities within the firm. What You'll Do Lead audit fieldwork and engagement execution across a variety of industries Review associate workpapers and provide coaching and development Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality assurance services Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout engagements Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and related consulting projects Stay current on audit, accounting, and industry-specific developments What We’re Looking For 3+ years of audit or assurance experience Public accounting experience preferred CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification strongly preferred Strong understanding of auditing and accounting principles Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members Excellent communication and client-service skills Experience in manufacturing, construction, employee benefit plans, real estate, or similar industries is a plus Why DeJoy Hybrid work environment Strong team-oriented culture Independent regional firm with no private equity ownership Direct exposure to clients and firm leadership Defined career path from Senior to Manager Opportunity to work across a variety of industries and engagements Competitive compensation, bonus opportunities, and benefits package Additional Job Application Terms This job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
