Senior Proposal Specialist

Managing the full proposal lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Proposal Specialist will develop high-quality proposals and business development materials for aviation and transportation clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Manage proposals from solicitation review through final submission, coordinating with technical staff and business development leaders Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and production plans while maintaining high-quality standards Write, edit, and refine proposal content to meet client requirements and perform detailed quality-control reviews for accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 10+ years of career experience, including 5-10 years of proposal development experience, preferably in aviation or transportation Experience managing deadline-driven RFP, RFQ, and SOQ responses Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and project-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications is preferred
