We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and confident Teen Respite Provider to support a teenager who experiences emotional regulation challenges and occasional aggressive behaviors. The ideal candidate will have experience using de-escalation strategies, trauma-informed care approaches, and maintaining a calm, supportive presence during heightened emotional situations. We are looking for someone dependable, emotionally mature, and confident to support teens with complex behavioral and emotional needs while building a positive, trusting relationship. If this sounds like you, we'd love to connect!
