You operate and maintain heavy equipment, ensuring the smooth flow of materials for various projects. Your work directly impacts our productivity and the successful completion of our tasks. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Operates front end loaders to move, load, and unload materials.Performs daily equipment checks and reports any maintenance needs.Adheres to all safety procedures and guidelines.Loads and unloads materials from trucks, conveyors, and other equipment.Maintains site preparation by clearing and leveling ground.Conducts preventive maintenance on equipment.Monitors the quality of materials being handled.Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors.Ensures efficient material handling and storage.Assists with other tasks as needed to support operations.
