This is a great opportunity for a PharmD with PBM or health plan experience to make an impact beyond traditional pharmacy practice. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Hybrid schedule Compensation $102,997-$147,139 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Multiple medical plan options, including HSA-eligible plans Benefits effective the 1st of the month following hire 401(k) company match: 50% of the first 4% contributed 100% immediate vesting Paid Time Off Tuition reimbursement Short-term and long-term disability Basic Life & AD&D insurance at 2x salary FSA and HSA options Daily Responsibilities You’ll work closely with clinical leadership and the P&T Committee to evaluate new and existing medications, support formulary and prior authorization strategies, monitor the evolving drug pipeline, and assess the impact of clinical programs. You’ll also serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert across the organization, partnering with clinical, analytics, client management, and sales teams. Required Qualifications Active NJ Pharmacist License Experience within a PBM, health plan, or pharmacybenefit consulting company.
